Changing banks: a guide.
(1) Nominal annual rate, currently in effect and subject to change. Interest earned on sums deposited in a Livret A savings account is exempt from income tax and social security contributions in France under current regulations. An individual may only hold one Livret A savings account or one Crédit Mutuel special savings account (Livret Bleu) across all banking institutions.

(4) Subject to review and acceptance of the application by the Bank. The borrower has a cooling-off period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the offer. The sale is subject to obtaining the loan. Any loan used to purchase real estate, construction, real estate (for residential or mixed use, mixed meaning residential and professional use) or works, where the loan is secured by a mortgage, is a real estate loan.
